Menopause Group Coaching

Menopause Coaching

Working with Menopause is a flexible coaching program designed for women navigating the menopause transition as working professionals. The program allows participants to join at any time and pay per session, creating an accessible and sustainable support system throughout their menopause journey. 


  • Week 1:  Understand what Menopause is, building self-compassion, silencing your inner critic, and setting empowering goals instead of just dealing with this new life transition.
  • Week 2:  Detailed plans for nutrition, exercise, and sleep.
  • Week 3: Strategies to advocate for your needs and communicate effectively with doctors.
  • Week 4: Best practices, resources and guidance on how to effectively manage workplace challenges and understand your legal rights.
  • Week 5: Mindfulness techniques and Vagus nerve exercises for stress reduction and emotional balance.
  • Week 6: Creating a roadmap for moving forward, long-term goals, and a supportive community. (You will have access to a private LinkedIn Working with Menopause group to keep the conversations and community moving forward.)



Working with Menopause 1:1 Coaching

*In addition to the group coaching program, I'm offering 1:1 coaching for those looking for something more personalized, private, flexible, focused, and targeted. I offer a 6 session package that is designed to help you thrive during this transition. Each session will be 60 minutes in length and by the time this package is complete you will gain:

 

  • Clearer understanding of what's really going on with your personal experience with menopause, "no, you're not losing your mind."
  • Easier ways to eat, move, and sleep better, so you feel amazing during this life shift.
  • Empowerment from learning how to talk to your doctor so you get the care you need enabling you to feel heard and understood.
  • Guidance and resources on handling any challenges at work that's a result of your symptoms and making sure you know your rights.
  • Effective ways to feel less stressed and more peaceful, using simple things like breathing exercises, somatic visualization and physical exercise.
  • And at the end,  we'll partner on a plan for you to feel your best long-term.
