Our first Working with Menopause Group Coaching program is set to launch Tuesday, April 3rd and space is limited. This program is designed for women who are seeking balance between their personal and professional life while navigating "the pause." This program will consist of (6) weekly - 45 minute sessions and will be limited to just 6 participants which will enable us to create a truly transformative experience.
In addition to the group coaching program, I'm offering 1:1 coaching for those looking for something more personalized, private, flexible, focused, and targeted. I offer a 6 session package that is designed to help you thrive during this transition. Each session will be 60 minutes in length and by the time this package is complete you will gain:
