Meet Your Coach

I'm going to start off by saying that I love what I do! Over the course of my career I've had the privilege and honor to work with so many talented and dedicated individuals, watching each one of them move forward from uncertainty to purpose. 

I don't coach with a one size fits all mentality. I choose to ask the right questions so that I may clearly understand the needs and goals of each person I work with. This helps me to create a unique coaching experience that provides my clients with the space in which  to effectively explore the possibilities.

My desire is to make coaching accessible to anyone who desires a change in the way they work while also focusing on self. Not only do I want to provide you with the strategies to secure a job or launch your own business, but I also want to make sure you are maintaining positive and healthy habits that will enable you to move at a sustainable pace. 

 I know what it feels like to work long hours on a continual basis without taking a break . I know what it's like to be misaligned between the work I do and my core values. I remember wondering, "is this all there is?" Through time, patience and perseverance, I changed all that and I can help you do it too.
