As a woman in her 50's making my way through life and work, I get it. I'm tired, my kids are grown and at times I feel lost in this world. But  through trial and error, conducting research and speaking with other women, I have developed techniques  that has helped me get through each day with purpose, strength and a renewed sense of  focus on what really matters.
