It's about making sure people feel seen and heard.  Leadership coaching is not about how to give orders but rather how to  really get to know your team and that begins with understanding who you are.  This 8 week package will walk through the steps of growing as a leader and building solid, cohesive teams that are successful. We will explore what motivates and drives you then identify ways to develop members of your team that results in passionate and committed partners. This package is for you if:

• 8 x 30-minute 1:1 bi-weekly sessions for up to 3 months
